What should a welding robot quotation say about fume extraction?
Record who assesses the work and site, designs and supplies extraction, integrates it with the cell, and verifies the installation. A robot or enclosed cell alone does not prove welding fume exposure is controlled.
Start with the actual application
Give the assessor the process, materials, consumables, workpiece size, work volume, layout and nearby occupied areas. Assess controls for the actual installation and destination; a product photograph cannot establish a suitable extraction design.

Why keep extraction separate in the quote?
The UK Health and Safety Executive describes local exhaust ventilation (LEV) as capturing fume near its source and notes that LEV on a robot cell may not capture all fume. Review the complete installation; UK guidance does not establish Indonesian or Malaysian legal requirements.
