CBOXTEC Welding Projects — Video and Application Notes
See the application, then define your own project
This video brings together footage from CBOXTEC welding projects. CBOXTEC also undertakes welding projects involving other robot brands, so the equipment visible here should not be assumed to be a model from our own robot catalogue. The compilation shows several arrangements rather than one continuous customer installation.

What the footage shows
The footage includes robots welding larger framed assemblies, tubular workpieces, smaller parts held in fixtures and a box-shaped assembly. Some scenes show operators and surrounding production equipment. These visual descriptions identify what can be seen, not material specifications, a safety assessment or measured production results.
| Visible arrangement | Question to ask about your application |
|---|---|
| Several robots around a framed assembly | How will the workpiece be held, and how will access and the sequence of operations be checked? |
| Tubular workpieces and loading activity | Which part variations, loading tasks and changeovers should be included in a representative trial? |
| Smaller parts located in fixtures | What positional variation can occur between parts and between loading cycles? |
| Welding around a box-shaped assembly | Can the proposed torch and fixture arrangement reach the required joints? |
What a video does not establish
Use this footage to start a technical discussion, not as an acceptance report. It does not establish the material grade, thickness, weld inspection results, full-cycle output or investment return for your project. Equipment selection, safeguarding and acceptance require a review of the proposed installation and tasks.
Project experience involving other brands does not by itself imply a manufacturer authorization, dealership or certification. Confirm the equipment and responsibilities included in the particular proposal.
Prepare a comparable application brief
- Describe the part family, joint locations, batch sizes and current process.
- Share drawings and representative sample information through an agreed channel, not public comments.
- Identify equipment you want to retain, including the robot model, controller and interfaces where relevant.
- List the quality criteria and the loading, welding, inspection and changeover evidence you need.
Use the sample-trial checklist before agreeing the test scope. Review the product centre and welding cart information separately; neither is a specification of the machines in this video.
Discuss the project at your receiving site
For an Indonesia project or a Malaysia project, include the receiving location and responsibilities in the inquiry. Contact CBOXTEC with a short application brief to discuss the proposed scope.

Workpiece photographs from project materials
These original photographs come from CBOXTEC project materials. They show visible workpiece and weld details, not inspection results. Material grade, equipment model, weld strength and production output cannot be established from these images alone.
